What we collect

When you browse our inventory, ask about a vehicle, schedule a test drive, subscribe to a price alert, or apply for financing, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the vehicles you're interested in, and — only when you submit a credit application — the information that application asks for.

How we use it

To answer you, to hold your appointment, to send you the alerts you asked for, to process the purchase or financing you requested, and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed motor vehicle dealer. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging — our promise

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

Only the parties needed to complete what you asked for: lenders you apply to, our DMS and titling services, and the state agencies a vehicle sale legally requires. Service providers that operate our website and messaging do so on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.
