Levels Auto texting program

The program

Levels Auto sends text messages from our own local number to customers who ask for them: price-drop alerts on vehicles you're watching, appointment confirmations and reminders, payment reminders and receipts if you finance with us, and replies to conversations you start with us.

How you opt in

Three ways, and only these: (1) you enter your phone number on our website and subscribe to updates, next to consent language; (2) you agree to servicing texts in your signed finance agreement; or (3) you text us first. We never buy lists and we never text people who didn't ask.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your activity — typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel — one confirmation message will follow, then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (520) 457-5127 or sales@levels.auto.

The fine print

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. How we handle your information — including our promise that text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties — is in our Privacy Policy.
